Plan F

Plan F has the highest premium, and covers everything Medicare Part A and Part B do not.

Plan G

Plan G has the next highest premium and covers what plan F covers except for the doctor's office deductible.

Plan N

Plan N has a lower premium and covers everything Plan G covers but has a $50 visit fee unless amitted to the hospital.

Plan N High Deductible

This plan has the lowest premium and pays like traditional insurance. You must meet your deductible before the plan pays your medical bills.
